This chia pudding is cool, creamy, and full of fiber, protein, and super healthy fats. Cinnamon and pear sweeten the whole shebang and candied pecans top it off.
Cinnamon Pear Chia Pudding
- 2 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
- 1 t. agave or sweetener of choice
- 1 pear, cut into cubes
- shakes of cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
- 1 spoonful pumpkin (optional)
1.) Mix chia seeds, milk, honey, innamon, and pumpkin in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes. Top with cinnamon, banana, pecans, and pear. Drizzle with more honey. This is even better if you make it the night before!
- It’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast:
