~2 Ingredient Pancakes~

A morning is always 8 million times better if there’s pancakes involved. It’s a proven statistic ;)

Jack  Johnson agrees :)

I ran out of flour yesterday, so resorted to the trusty ol’ 2 ingredient pancakes. Banana meet egg. Egg meet banana.

Top with copious amounts of peanut butter, cinnamon, honey, and anything else you can find :)

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 large egg +1 egg white

Add all ingredients to blender. I’m loving these easy recipes- no directions to write out {hallelujah!} haha, You can add some cinnamon, vanilla, blueberries, or whatever else you like as well.

Spray a pan, heat it to medium high, and pour batter. Flip.

The first time I made these, I had zero expectations. But they are really good I promise! I’m not going to say they are exactly like pancakes. Nope. They’re different but in a good way- You get the point!

Also, last night I gave my blog a spontaneous face lift! Out with the old, in with the new, right?

Have a lovely {pancake filled} day :)
