I don’t usually watch many TV shows.
Case in point: I used to think House was a real estate show.
But I watched American Idol last night (had it recorded), and I’m loving it! Even without Simon’s ice cold comments and Nicky Minaj’s arguing haha
There were soooooo many good singers. Mind=blown.
Singing runs in the family. Buttttt…Apparently it skipped a generation with me haha. Only the shower is
unfortunate enough to hear my amazing vocal skills
So for now, I’ll be sticking to what I’m good at, like making stuff with chocolate in it:
Homemade Cookie Dough Protein Bars to be exact. Thank you, thank you very much
They remind me of Quest Bars, aka the best things ever:

- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 spoonfuls of honey or agave
- 3 spoonfuls of water
- pinch of salt
- 4 scoops of a really good tasting protein powder
- chopped dark chocolate
Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate. The mixture should be sticky- add a little more water or honey if it’s not. Stir in chocolate chips.
Press into a square, and cut into bars. (This recipe made 4 bars)
