Whoop whoop it’s Friday!
I had a few tech problems yesterday- somehow all your lovely comments on my last post got eaten by my blog, BUT I managed, in a flurry of pressing random buttons, to fix it, and it shouldn’t happen again
On a lighter note, my Coconut Flour Cake was featured on the Daily Burn! I was so excited!
Kylie at Yeah…Imma eat that had her awesome brownies featured, too! If you haven’t checked out her blog, you should
The honeydew melon has invaded, but I love it because it makes the garden look so much more productive, even if most of it is just leaves!
I gave a few to different family friends, but still had lots of em left. I was looking for a fresh take on just having it plain, and this came about…
lt’s ridiculously simple (3 ingredients, no cooking), but is a favorite! Honestly it would be so great as a picnic side dish.
1/2 carton or more strawberries
1 honeydew melon
juice of two limes
Begin to cut melon into pieces.
The easiest way for me is to do it this way…
Be careful though! No Emergency Room visits!
Slice you strawberries in half
Put your melon and berries in a bowl, and squeeze the juice of two limes over them. You can also add honey if you want! Mix it all together and shabam…
Nothing says summer more than this!
Have a great weekend!
