Happy Friday! It really is the best day of the week. This week flew by, but I did manage to take a few pics!
1.) I made plenty of smoothies. With the suddenly warm temps, they were on the menu for breakfast, dinner, snacks- you name it. I missed smoothie season.
2.) Finally watched The Impossible, which was so. good. It was sad, but such a great story. That’s all I’m telling you, because you should go watch it
3.) Enjoyed Living Intentions Gone Nuts for review!
I first tried the Lime Mojo Cilantro Pepitas and Pistachios with lunch…
…but there were definitely a few handfuls after, too! These clusters are raw, but they’re so flavorful you wouldn’t know it.
And the Clusters of Cacao, Almonds, Raisins, Blueberries, and Coconut were just as impressive. Especially with a clean ingredient list like this:
Ingredients: Sprouted Almonds (pesticide free), Organic Raisins, Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, Organic Blueberries, Organic Coconut, Organic Raw Cacao, Organic Clear Agave Nectar, Organic Unfiltered Olive Oil, Organic Vanilla Extract and Himalayan Crystal Salt.
4.) Gave the ponies baths…
…and ran Zazu. I think he was more tired than I was for once.
5.) Made my favorite Chicken Noodle Soup. Except I subbed in sweet potatoes for noodles, since we didn’t have any on hand. Wait, wasn’t I just talking about how it’s smoothie season? Indecisive.
6.) Picked a random winner for my Cafe Press giveaway. Congrats to Katie from Peace, Love, and Oats!
